This work opens the door to understanding all the information coming through our body. As we see and feel the threads of our inner life on the screen or with figures to map out our stories. Our comprehension and self understanding help us move through life differently.

Constellations give us a way to enjoy and explore our body’s wisdom. We can gently untangle the frozen strands of trauma. so that we can flow, live and give with ease.

Most weeks I host an online session to guide your thoughts and gentle (optional) movements to improve your body-knowledge, resolve pain and enhance quality and ease of movement.

No experience necessary. Any body can join in from the comfort of your home.

An audio recording will be sent afterwards for your personal use to listen to repeatedly for honing your self-care skills, body map and constructive thinking.

All this will help you resolve pain and move more easily in your life.

In individual sessions with Lucy, the focus is on you, and on following your body sensations, while being aware of possible unconscious habits and thoughts which limit your life energy.

We slow down in the presence of what is bothering you, get the input of your body, and take care to think consciously and constructively to allow the body and brain to heal and grow.
